KAHALA RESIDENCE
Hale Partners Hawaii completed this comprehensive design-build project, beginning with demolition of the existing home and construction of a new residence with an expanded floor plan and second level. The scope of work included the installation of a Fleetwood pivot entry door, a floating staircase, an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, Tesla charging stations, and photovoltaic (PV) panels. The result is a modern, energy-efficient home designed to support seamless indoor-outdoor living.
NU’UANU RESIDENCE
The Nu’uanu Residence project included a full interior remodel, an addition, and a complete exterior renovation. Interior upgrades included a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and finishes, along with a full electrical rewire, a new roof, and the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels.
Exterior improvements included demolition of the existing pool, construction of a new lanai, two custom trellis areas, and installation of a new jacuzzi.
DIAMOND HEAD CLIFF RESIDENCE
The Diamond Head Cliff Residence project included a full interior renovation focused on updating finishes and modernizing core systems throughout the home. The scope of work featured a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, doors, and paint, along with tile roof repairs and installation of Tesla charging stations. The addition of a new jacuzzi completed the project, complementing the home’s updated layout and amenities.
AINAMALU RESIDENCE
Hale Partners Hawaii completed a full interior renovation at the Ainamalu Residence. The scope of work included installing a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, tile, and interior paint. Additional improvements included new decking, Tesla charging stations, and concrete spall repairs—repairing areas where concrete had cracked or deteriorated—to restore and protect the structure and the home.
WAILUA ADU
Hale Partners Hawaii constructed this 650-square-foot freestanding ohana unit on the North Shore from the ground up. The project included full structural build-out and installation of high-quality interior finishes throughout the studio.
Finishes featured Duchateau LVT flooring, LG Hausys quartz countertops, Sherwin-Williams paint, and Emtek hardware. The bathroom included a Toto wall-hung washlet toilet, Kohler sink, Brizo fixtures, TileBar shower tile, DalTile flooring, and an Infinity Drain system. Lighting incorporated Hudson Valley pendants, WAC recessed lighting, DiodeLED strip lighting, and a Big Ass Fans ceiling fan, while the kitchen was equipped with a Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator and Frigidaire microwave.
LEAHI BATHROOM RENOVATION
The Leahi Bathroom project included a full bathroom remodel with elevated finishes and material upgrades throughout. The scope of work featured installation of Kohler Purist bath fixtures and accessories, a Kohler Ceric freestanding tub, Kohler Ladena sinks, a Kohler medicine cabinet, and an electric lighted mirror with integrated defogger. Additional upgrades included Rejuvenation cabinet pulls, Cambria countertops, Benjamin Moore paint, and travertine tile installed on both the walls and floors. The result is a cohesive, modern bathroom with layered materials and refined detailing
HONOLULU MID RISE (6-STORY) CONDO BUILDING
The Honolulu Mid Rise 6-Story Condo project involved exterior concrete restoration and coating of a six-story condominium building. The scope of work included identifying and repairing concrete spalls, repairing railings, surface preparation, and full exterior repainting to restore structural integrity and protect the building envelope.
HONOLULU HIGH RISE (21 STORY) CONDO BUILDING
Hale Partners Hawaii performed exterior restoration work on a 21-story condominium building, including concrete spall repairs and complete exterior repainting. The scope focused on façade maintenance at height, surface preparation, and concrete spall repairs—repairing deteriorated concrete areas to protect and extend the life of the building exterior.
KAILUA 4-STORY CONDO BUILDING
Hale Partners Hawaii completed exterior restoration work on a four-story condominium building in Kailua. The scope of work included full exterior repainting and carpentry repairs to address wood rot and termite damage. The project also included concrete spall repairs, repairing areas where concrete had cracked or broken away to restore the building’s exterior structure.
WAIKIKI HOTEL
Hale Partners Hawaii completed renovation work within a Waikiki hotel property. Scope of work included full guest room upgrades and new bathroom installations. The improvements modernized interior finishes while maintaining durability for hospitality use.
