The Nuuanu Residence project included a full interior remodel with an addition and a complete exterior renovation. Interior upgrades included a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and finishes, along with a full electrical rewire, a new roof, and the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels.

Exterior improvements included demolition of the existing pool, construction of a new lanai, two custom trellis areas, and installation of a new jacuzzi—creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor living environment.
