Hale Partners Hawaii completed exterior restoration work at a four-story condominium building in Kailua. The scope of work included full exterior repainting and targeted carpentry repairs to address wood rot and termite damage throughout the structure. These improvements restored the building’s exterior condition while helping extend the durability and performance of the building envelope.
