Hale Partners Hawaii completed a comprehensive interior renovation at the Ainamalu Residence, upgrading finishes and improving functionality throughout the home. The project focused on modernizing key living spaces while enhancing durability and long-term performance.
The scope of work included installing a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, tile, and interior paint. These improvements refreshed the home’s interior while creating cohesive, updated living spaces throughout the property.
Additional upgrades included the construction of new exterior decking, the installation of Tesla electric vehicle charging stations, and concrete spall repairs. Concrete spall repairs address areas where concrete has cracked or deteriorated, restoring damaged sections and helping protect the building's structural integrity.
The completed renovation improved both the comfort and performance of the home while incorporating modern systems and updated finishes.
