Full Interior & Exterior Demolition and New Build, Honolulu, Hawaii

Hale Partners Hawaii completed this comprehensive design-build project, beginning with demolition of the existing structure and progressing through planning, permitting, and full new construction. Working in close collaboration with architects and design professionals, the team coordinated each phase to align architectural vision, engineering requirements, and construction execution.

The new residence features an expanded floor plan and second level, along with installation of a Fleetwood pivot entry door, floating staircase, Tesla charging stations, and a new sauna and outdoor kitchen. Photovoltaic (PV) panels were integrated into the roof system to enhance long-term energy efficiency and overall performance.

From site preparation and structural framing through interior finishes and systems integration, the phased design-build approach supported efficient scheduling, streamlined communication, and cohesive execution throughout the project.
