Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Project Manager at Hale Partners LLC. She holds a BS in Business with a focus in Marketing and Economics.  Stephanie has held a real estate license in Hawaii since 2015 and has experience in both commercial and residential transactions. 

Prior to joining Hale Partners LLC, Stephanie served as the Director of Operations for a prominent real estate team on Oahu. In this capacity, she developed and honed her leadership skills, cultivating a reputation for her adeptness in orchestrating and directing teams towards achieving exceptional results.

In her current role, Stephanie serves as the linchpin in the procurement process and logistics for complex new builds and residential remodels. Her meticulous attention to detail, honed over years of experience, ensures that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Collaborating closely with architecture and design firms, Stephanie adeptly navigates the complexities of project management, ensuring that selections align seamlessly with clients' budgets and timelines. Moreover, her proactive approach enables her to identify and address potential challenges before they escalate, safeguarding the project's success.

Beyond the confines of the office Stephanie enjoys sailing, practicing yoga or enjoying one of Oahu’s beautiful beaches.
