Brandon holds a BS in Geography and Business Administration from Millersville University. He has over 10 years of program administration/project management experience, most recently with the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation. Brandon also has project management experience, providing consulting services for Michael Baker International. He considers safety a top priority on a job site and is OSHA 30 hours certified in general industry and construction safety. In 2017, Brandon founded Hale Partners LLC to provide business development and project management services to local construction companies.

Brandon specializes in construction management, quality assurance, strategic planning, and client communications. He applies his experience in project planning, budget preparation, and maintenance to ensure your project will be completed on time and within budget. His many years working on large government projects have prepared him to effectively manage complex renovations and unique designs. In addition, his attention to detail and effective project reporting keep clients informed throughout the project.

Brandon enjoys surfing, sailing, golfing, and socializing at the Elks Lodge 616 in his spare time.
