Kahala Residence
Hale Partners Hawaii completed this comprehensive design-build project, beginning with demolition of the existing home and continuing through construction of a new residence with an expanded floor plan and second level. The project includes the installation of a Fleetwood pivot-entry door, a floating staircase, an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, Tesla charging stations, and photovoltaic (PV) panels. The result is a modern, energy-efficient home designed to support seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Nu’uanu Residence
Hale Partners Hawaii completed a full interior remodel, addition, and exterior renovation at the Nuʻuanu Residence. Scope of work included installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and finishes, along with a full electrical rewire, new roof, and photovoltaic (PV) panels. Exterior improvements included demolition of the existing pool, construction of a new lanai, two trellis areas, and installation of a new jacuzzi, creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor living environment.
Diamond Head Cliff Residence
Hale Partners Hawaii completed a full interior renovation at the Diamond Head Cliff Residence, updating finishes and key building systems throughout the home. The scope of work included the installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, drywall, doors, and interior paint, along with tile roof repairs and the installation of a Tesla charging station. The project also incorporated a new jacuzzi, enhancing the home's functionality and amenities.
Commercial Projects

Our work focuses on maintaining and improving building performance through services such as concrete spall repair, structural repairs, and full exterior repainting.
